    Sea World was a fun and dynamic environment to work around on an every day basis.

    Focused on getting the job done while having fun. Promotions are there for the more focused seasonal employees.

    Cons

    Sometimes when park was crowded, it seemed to fluster managers, who would in turn treat their employees rudely.

    When there are hectic times, coming together as a team helps. Communication without barking orders can be very effective.

    Friendly environment for Pet lovers and animal care relationship.

    Even though the hourly salary is low, the professional and animal care environment make it worth. Love kids looking to learn about marine life.

    I worked at Sea World full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Employees treat each other like family, very friendly atmosphere. Employee cafe by the employee entrance is great. The managers are usually willing to work around your life - especially if you are working several jobs.

    Cons

    Long hours but if you communicate that you need the time off management will work something out.

    Some upper management goes unchecked, politics affect quality.
