ProsSW has a great culture and is a fun place to work

ConsBig "start-up" company . People are given lots of responsibility but no authority - communication from top management is lacking. Promotions are not necessarily based on performance.

    Disappointed!

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Orlando, FL

ProsLaid back working style, higher pay than most theme parks, fast paced.

ConsLack of actual deserved upward mobility, benefits, more full-time opportunities, no training program, most micromanaged environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop actual training programs that ensure employee success. Support assistant supervisors, seasonal or permanent, in their endeavors to improve the parks. Weed out dysfunctional employees that lack customer service skills and work ethics.

ProsThe people are awesome, and the experience is one of a kind. You meet a lot of different people which is a fantastic thing

ConsThe way they schedule you is ridiculous. They expect you to work until 11 pm at night and come in again at 7 am the next morning.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsEasy job, easy to make guest happy. Fun work environment

ConsManagement plays favorites, you aren't a favorite you don't get promoted.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop playing favorites and actually promote those with experience not those the go out and party with you on the weekends. Play fair or get out.
