    Pros

The biggest pro to working for SeaWorld are the people from Management on down its a family. You have the opportunity to work in many areas of Theme Park operations which makes working here a fantastic opportunity to learn and gain first hand experience.

    Cons

The hours are sometimes longer then other jobs and working weekends and holidays is not always fun but if you love people and animals this is the place to be.

I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Probably the best part of the job is lively team spirit. Everyone seems to be "on board", which is partly related to polished HR practices and loyalty of many managers. There are a lot of benefits for every team member, such as unlimited free park passes and discounts on everything.

    Cons

Monetary compensation is on the lower side, so you better make use of those non-monetary benefits they provide. Some of the departments/managers are of much lower performance than the others.
