    Pros

Laid back working style, higher pay than most theme parks, fast paced.

    Cons

Lack of actual deserved upward mobility, benefits, more full-time opportunities, no training program, most micromanaged environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop actual training programs that ensure employee success. Support assistant supervisors, seasonal or permanent, in their endeavors to improve the parks. Weed out dysfunctional employees that lack customer service skills and work ethics.

    Pros

The people are awesome, and the experience is one of a kind. You meet a lot of different people which is a fantastic thing

    Cons

The way they schedule you is ridiculous. They expect you to work until 11 pm at night and come in again at 7 am the next morning.

    Pros

Easy job, easy to make guest happy. Fun work environment

    Cons

Management plays favorites, you aren't a favorite you don't get promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop playing favorites and actually promote those with experience not those the go out and party with you on the weekends. Play fair or get out.

    Pros

The benefits such as the park tickets are great. You also get into Universal as well on non-block out dates.

    Cons

With this job, you're pretty much in a cubicle with your eyes glued to the computer the entire time.

Brilliant place to work in. Where everyone is so chirpy.

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Friendly helpful environment, it's a theme park so visitors here are usually happy, unless the ride breaks down or is under maintenance then the customers might scream at you.

    Cons

Customers screaming at you when the ride breaks down, diaper in the bin, I can go on and on, but really the pros outweighs the cons.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
