    Cons

They don't pay like they value their employees. Employees feel disposable because so many people would love to work there.

    Pros

The benefits are pretty good. You're allowed to go to any of the parks owned by SeaWorld and also Universal.

    Cons

Even though they told me I would be working twice a week, with one weekday and one weekend they have only given me weekends. As a high schooler it feels as if I am being taken advantage of working the awkward hours no one once to works.

    Advice to Management

Be honest with the high schoolers.

    Pros

Good location for those on south end of town, space coast or near 528 Beachline. Good social with peers (there will be lots of drama to talk about so that brings people together sometimes). You won't have any issues explaining to your next employer why you left. Why? Everyone knows in town how bad they are.

    Cons

To keep this review fair, I waited almost a year (after starting another life) to write it so it wasn't tainted with bias. They discriminate big time. You will be boxed. It could be a great box or a miserable one. If you are one of the fascist Orlando country club elitist, then you will be in good company. Others have left with same opinion. You don't fit into their click and you don't have billable hours to accurately fill out your time sheet. Long standing employees don't like the new ones but the long standers hold the keys to the castle so you can do your job. They use the term "sink or swim" (no pun intended) . I call it having your head held under water so you sink. All management needs to be replaced, not just CEO. They are all hand selected from that bad seed. All of them. But don't take my word for it go experience yourself in what it is like to work for failing business with lots of share holders money at stake. The interior walls are painted with stress.

    Advice to Management

You have all failed miserably. All of you. Do the right thing and go work in a craft that you actually know, what ever that may be, basket weaving, golfing, building barns, what ever your passion is, it doesn't matter. Never again attempt to manage a sector of business without ever have had worked in production for that business at one time. There is no replacement for experience, not a, none. When you are only one to two levels above production level and you need an interpreter to understand what your production people are telling you, that is simply effing sad and complete incompetence. But this trickles down.
