    Negative Outlook

I worked at Seacret Spa full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None. Can't think why anyone would work for these people for more than the one day it would take to figure out exactly what's going on and the scams this business operates.

    Cons

Vicious employment practices. Vicious customer service practices. Lousy, overpriced goods.

    Advice to Management

Upper management doesn't take advice. Why should it? It is driving the scams it runs against employees, contract people and the buying public!

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Seacret Spa full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you got good work ethics, Charisma, willing to not be very straight and ethical, don't mind bothering people and lie at times, you can make good money at this job. You can work in many places, as they have tons of locations

    Cons

Pretty much everything mentioned in pros- manipulating, lying to people, bothering people at the mall and things like that

    Advice to Management

Let your employees know what they're going into, many of the employees leave very soon cos they don't like the job in the way it is.

    Pros

You will get skills and knowledge of hp products. Some of them will work with global staff.

    Cons

No salary increase, no people to be respect, no company growth. Lower salary than the domestic company... NEC, Fujitsu, Hitachi. furthermore, nightmare of unstable employment.

    Advice to Management

Fire older & low performance employee. Pay more salary for good performance employee.
