Pros – hours were ok, but very hard to obtain what you wanted
Cons – too much ipad use! and too many customers complaining of the time it took to ring up a sale! lastly: too many qwestions to ask the consumer...........many were fed-up halfway thru the sale completion!!
Advice to Senior Management – manager was giving us all intense verbal abuse...each and every day..the abuse...we are shocked he is still at sears.

Pros – Big company, lots of benefits, top of the line equipment, big customer lists. A place for every person, every person in their place.
Cons – Upper management has sworn allegiance to metrics, and to the metrics shall everyone serve-even customers. Your work life is bound to the metrics.
Advice to Senior Management – Too bad about that, many customers resent metrics strongly and have taken their business elsewhere. Flexible and timely response to customers wins every time.
