I worked at Sears part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Good job to acquire some experience in handeling money and customer service.
Company tries to motivate their employees with rewards and discounts.

    Cons

while working there, there was a lot of favoritism. Low communication between upper managements and employees. You had to ask about new changes or sales.

Has potential if the company knew how to take care of their employees

I worked at Sears part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The regular work isn't hard, get good hours for being part time.

    Cons

Extremely stressful because all the company cares about are quotas; how much credit cards did you make people sign up for, how much shop your way registrations, what about the surveys. They'll cut your hours if you fall behind on your quotas. Their PoS system still uses DOS, and takes time to get used to and freezes a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When more than 1 person is quitting every month, you guys are doing something wrong. Stop making one transaction take 5 minutes because the employees are forced to shove all these offers and credit cards down customers' throats.
