    Pros

The team members were cooperative and good

    Cons

I had a terrible work life balance. The work culture in the company depends on your manager. I had a terrible experience in kandalas group. The mgmnt style is worse. You are expected to stay in office as long as he stayed!

    Advice to Management

Unified way of operation would be more ideal for a company

  6. Decent pay, but slightly below average benefits & high turnover make for a potentially toxic environment.

    Pros

The pay is decent and there's plenty of people that actually care about their jobs. They work hard, longer than average hours to help the company succeed

    Cons

Below average benefits make the job less appealing to promising workers, some mismanagement leads to bad decisions, high turnover looks bad to all employees (management should think about why there is a high turnover and how to maintain top talent), bad reputation from the media doesn't help either..

    Advice to Management

Listen to what the people on the ground are saying, lead by example and be more understanding of the workers' environment (less workers = more work per capita and lower quality of results).

    Pros

Good atmosphere depending on which business unit you work for.
    Casual dress.
    Summer hours.
Ability to work from home when needed.

    Cons

Benefits getting too expensive (just like many other companies).
    No 401K.
Promotions are based on favorites, not performance.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing favorites.
Stand up to Eddie and help turn this around.

    Pros

Summer hours! Casual attire. Salary is fair. Thorough program training is provided upon initial employment.

    Cons

The department that I am in is not very conducive with growth. People stay in positions for longer then they should, fast advancement is definitely not encouraged.

    Advice to Management

Being a mass retailer, there are thousands of procedures and policies. Unfortunately, this causes for a lot of tedious work that is not conducive with efficiency.
