    I worked at Sears

    Pros

The best reason for working here were the flexibility of the hours and the incentives for sales . They recognized your potential and held reward ceremonies often

    Cons

the cons were the company is not loyal to you as you are to them you are replaceable.
If you become sick or have a death in the family their only concern is when will you be back
there was no work life balance

I worked at Sears full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Employees became like family, good pay, good hours, still visit them. There's always customers coming in so it's great when you're on commission. Other than that I can't say much because I left for a reason.

    Cons

Management is pretty bad... well the communication between upper management, management and regular employees. They hire anyone for those positions. Every week corporate changes something so I don't blame the managers for being so sucky. Always threatening everyone for their jobs, making the environment feel pretty bad.

I worked at Sears part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly coworkers
Gave me my first job despite no experience
helps you work around school and other commitments

    Cons

Can get pretty boring doing the same thing everyday
Salary is minimum wage but thats expected

I have been working at Sears

    Pros

I love interacting with customers, and making folks happy. True customer service. I love the delivery business. Driving,
making stops, and bringing new toys to customers.

    Cons

I dislike not being appreciated. I need bennies. Health insurance, PTO, and sick leave. A persons moral while working
means everything. His or her attitude reflects how they are treated as an employee. It's not just about the money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make your employee feel like they are a very important part of your business. Trust me, they will be happy, smile more and basically reflect how happy they are working for you.
