Current Employee – been working at Seattle Seahawks
Pros – Fantastic people in a dynamic environment. Employees are enpowered at all levels and morale shows it.
Cons – It's difficult for advancement because people rarely leave.
Advice to Senior Management – The Management has employees best interests in heart. It's hard to find a company that looks out for their personnel more.
