Advice to Senior Management
nothing much to say and.
Pros
Flexible schedule, lots of PTO, very relaxed atmosphere
Cons
Nearly no opportunities for growth. Sometimes jobs are posted, but usually they are just given to favorites. If you are good at sucking up to people that may work for you. It is a small company so advancement is small. Lately it has been filled with lies. We were told we were going to get a profit sharing bonus and that never happened. Then everyone took a pay cut which was supposed to be temporary and it has lasted 3+ years. Also every year our benefits get more expensive and forget about 401K matching.
Pros
benefits like 401K, std and domestic partner coverage, family environment, stability at job
Cons
Very limited and concealed communication between management and sales force. For example, as sales associates we would know that managers were having an "emergency meeting" but would be left to speculate on what the topics, bad for morale and trust
Advice to Senior Management
I think that you have gotten away from what the organization's vision was. The use of the 3rd party was ineffective, impersonal and I think that it was ultimately a poor decision. The company is a great company and I just wish you would have stayed true to the vision, mission and goals.
