Pros – Opportunities to grow and to be exposed to various roles within a broker/dealer are ample. Most who have management roles are willing to take the time to help you develop and be successful at your role.
Cons – The compensation is well below industry average. There is an over reliance on smoke and mirrors to make every product appear profitable. Expect to spend many more hours in the office than necessary so your face is seen.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay employees what they deserve and you will get a lot more from them including their loyalty. t t t
