Pros – Guaranteed full-time shift with above average pay for position. I worked the night shift, so I was never bothered. In six months, I never saw my supervisor again after initial training, ever.

Cons – A little common sense needs to be used with regard to time-sheets and incident reports--it would be hard to find a company that complicates simple things so much.
The company does screws nearly every employee out of a few hours pay right when they start by making them watch a bunch of training videos after filling out their tax forms.
Fairly minimal training.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire some management that actually knows more than the people being hired, especially those positions dealing with computers and surveillance. Just because someone has been around along time does not qualify them to supervise others.

Pros – There are none...O there was one pro the day i quit that was a big pro...

Cons – You name it low pay and if your alone at a site all night they never check up on you..You could be dead and they would not even know it... Office workers and the manager are dummys they don't even know your work days...And when you call up sick they never have anybody to cover for you...They act like it is a crime to get sick...A very poorly run company.. Out of touch with all of it's employees...And the Benefits are a joke...If you take all of the medical you end up with about $600 a month..How can you live on that...

Cons – Many of the VP's are immature. They do not require a college degree for promotion to VP and that is where they get the immature individuals

Cons – It seems like management is under trained. Like management seems a little knee jerk management style.

Cons – Rigid work scheduals, off site/ contracted work, working in the elements, low number of local sites

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate with employees contracted offsite regularly. Offer raises based on tenure not just site. Improve presence in Tacoma area. Offer better benifits.

Pros – This company is only worth making a long buck meaning that the company does not pay enough to even be rating them on a over all pay scale. The only thing I can comment is Securitas out of eslaco,Texas is just a job....

Cons – Please improve the pay! Currently I have been employed with Securitas for about 2yrs and I only make 7.25 hr/ bi weekly pay.. Do the math...
