Pros

Good employee atmosphere and flexible when it comes to family. They recognize employee appreciation. The benefits are comparable to other organizations in the community.

Cons

There is not much room for advancement a lot of the employees have been in their positions for 10+ years. When you are hired or promoted promises are made that are not followed after you have been performing in the position. There are very few women officers.

Advice to Senior Management

This is a great organization continue to empower employees. The philosophy that management has when it comes to services it outstanding. This is what sets them a part from their competition.

Pros

The bank was a good place to work and the employees were nice. The own is nice and has a small town feel.

Cons

The pay was normal for a bank which is always less than market value. The building could be remodeled soon.

Advice to Senior Management

Nothing really to say. Management was good but seemed a little old fashion. The were advanced in their IT assets.
