Pros

Wonderful, knowledgeble co-workers! Great team! Not much drama, just good people who really know how to put their noses to the grindstone and produce fantastic work. No ceiling on opportunities to learn. If you have an interest to refine procedures they are very willing to let you take the ball and run with it. Not a lot of micro-managing.

Cons

With the market the way it is, they've cut back in "huge" ways. We have skeleton crews and it's a struggle to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Wages have also been cut with no idea when they will return to normal.

Advice to Senior Management

Help! The folks in the trenches need to know that Sr. Management has the knowledge and willingness to chip in and help when the going gets tough for the little people.
