    The flexibility of scheduling, training, great place to begin your career, friendly work environment

    Cons

    Salary is not as competitive, changes with management, no lateral movement is authorized, supervisors do not train individuals on team, workload can be extreme

    on-going training and communication is needed, salary should be more competitive

    compacted work week. every other friday off

    Cons

    boring industry with very few transferable skills into other industries

    Advice to Management

    Be a little more aggressive as a company in terms of money management. Maybe less thrills for everyone including sub-par employees and more money instead/
