I worked at Seieffe full-time for less than a year
Pros – Little to no supervision.
Warehouse personnel are great.
Cons – Customer Service has little to no training, it's all about reading training manuals. Management comes and goes as they please and you are left to improvise when they are MIA. Management is not concerned with service to the customer as they are about what's convenient for them. You'll get your answer but it may not be true.
Advice to Senior Management – Quality customer service entails giving stellar service to the customer, outside sales reps and internal people. If you can't work together as a team and help each other understand each others jobs you will never improve on the processes and service within the company.
