Needs to change their benefit packages for associates on assignment and follow up with people looking for work at lease once a week.

Pros

flexibility to take time off before next assignment begins - you might have the opportunity to obtain new skill sets depending upon the diversity of assigments, field and/or industry. You may have an opportunity to meet new and insteresting people. Provides an opportunity to do a 'trial-run' before you make the decision to accept a permanent position within an organization.

Cons

no recognition, very, very few salary increases, no sick-time, no health insurance without paying a big price for it and no vacation tim.
