They are also warm and friendly - you feel like you're talking to friends.

    Pros

Solid team environment with great co-workers. Good benefits and room to grow with hard work.

    Cons

President focused only on his ego and not what's good for the dedicated and hard working employees. He drove the company to bankruptcy by attempting to buying out all the local competition. Then embezzeled a few millions dollars.

    Advice to Management

Focus on middle management and reward the recruiters generously.

I built the home phone service for 5 yrs & owners decided to do away with same, poor business choice. Then decided again to sell home phone service & was more concerned with mobile service, but didn't have 4G & on Verizon Network.

    Pros

Good quality jobs and long assignments for the most part. Weekly pay, they always are friendly, and willing to work with you to find a job. Their training programs are informative and always very supportive to help you achieve success.

    Cons

I will agree with another poster's comment, they need to be able to get you placed into a new assignment much quicker; both times I have been employed with them I also experienced a long gap in employment before being placed on another assignment. This can get very frustrating when you are trying to bounce back from unemployment, it seems that you just start to recover financially and mentally, and you are right back into the same situation again.

    Advice to Management

As noted above they need to try to get people placed into positions much quicker,
