    Pros

Management is respectful to all employees. Company culture is a nice calming atmosphere. Work hard and you will be acknowledged. Training classes are fun and informative.

    Cons

The "left hand" sometimes doesn't know what the "right hand" is doing. Management can shield certain things that the employees are entitled to know. Limited resources can often make it difficult to do certain jobs. Low salaries compared to the location. Benefits are on the mediocre side.

    Advice to Management

Management should be more honest about the state of the company. Leaving all the employees without a clue in the world about how well the company is doing financially was a mistake. With the low salaries and mediocre benefits, it was hard to be proud of a company that gave you soo little incentive.

    Pros

Business plan to commercialize North American University technologies is a great idea and this organization had great minds working here. It was exciting to also challenge the research from the Professors and to create a business from concept to execution.

    Cons

Unfortunately, execution from senior management was lackluster. CEO was too ambitious without sufficiently using funds correctly. Due to lack of funds and start-up of multiple projects at the same time, every project was only done at 20% efficiency. This lead to lay-offs and defections from employees.

    Advice to Management

Raise sufficient capital and do not be overly ambitious! Respect employees' opinions and uphold the training that is supposed to be instilled to the employees.

Beware of high promises and poor record of paying employees

    Pros

Technology transfer concept is worthy, but in 15 years of raising money from investors this company SUTI has yet to be successful...at anything except raising money. Poor management. Documented record of failing to pay employees and vendors.

    Cons

Employees are treated well and often devoted to the company, but employees are often not paid, and many hold unsatisfied judgements (Labor Board). Company continues to solicit investors, but no businesses, products or services have ever been successfully produced or launched.

    Advice to Management

Pay your bills, especially to devoted employees who are owed back wages.
