    Pros

Great co-workers and teams. Everyone is mostly friendly.
Open to switching departments and positions within the company. This leads to many opportunities to acquire new skill sets.

    Cons

Management 'encourages' employees to volunteer at events (weekends, week nights).

    Advice to Management

Management could use a reminder of what the actual work is really like in the present and not what it was like in the past.

Micromanaging and old school. Culture is very monogamous.

    Pros

Location- conveniently located in FiDi. Work is rewarding- serving the elderly and disabled.

    Cons

The work environment in general is very micromanaging. If you are lucky and work in a department with a good a manager, then that's great, but that is rare. The company is not forward-thinking. Employee reimbursements take over three months to get back. Do not expect raises. Employees are not appreciated. Benefits sucks- limited health and dental insurance options. No vision plan. No sick days, as sick time is taken out of your PTO reservoir. No room to move up in this company. Drama is present.

    Advice to Management

Company needs to treat employees better.
