Micromanaging and old school. Culture is very monogamous.

ProsLocation- conveniently located in FiDi. Work is rewarding- serving the elderly and disabled.

ConsThe work environment in general is very micromanaging. If you are lucky and work in a department with a good a manager, then that's great, but that is rare. The company is not forward-thinking. Employee reimbursements take over three months to get back. Do not expect raises. Employees are not appreciated. Benefits sucks- limited health and dental insurance options. No vision plan. No sick days, as sick time is taken out of your PTO reservoir. No room to move up in this company. Drama is present.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompany needs to treat employees better.
