Cons – Self-Helpers can be very affected in their display progressive-liberal ideology, uptight in their conformity, prejudicial of non-conformity and insincere in their promulgation of "diversity."
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that all layers of management treat all employees with the same fairness, compassion and understanding directed to member communities. Let not any manager or layer of management single out or mistreat an employee based on their own prejudicial, abstract or purely visceral convictions.
