    Pros

    All business, but care about their employee's. Happy employees usually make up a good company.

    Cons

    The bad this is the company was sold to Ameriprise Fianacial

    Pros

    Enjoyed working with my coworkers. Pay was excellent for experience and benefits were great.

    Cons

    Management severely incompetent. Some were in jobs that they weren't qualified to do. Personal growth was an afterthought

    Be a little more invested in your employees. Help them grow and move up the ladder and be really successful.

    Pros

    Career Advancement, Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement program was 100% when I started, they cut it in half mid-way through my school year.

    Cons

    Benefits are on the lower end. They were bought out by Riversource.

    Need more focus on the long term, but I guess that's why they sold out.

    Pros

    Great place for self-starters. Many employees share knowledge willingly beyond the scope of current projects. I had many positive experiences with managers and executives expanding my understanding of the Asset Management business.

    Cons

    Due to the small size of the company, resources are not as available as some of the larger companies in the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Executive management provided a positive work experience in a culture of cooperation among staff. Management was responsible for creating the right work environment or teams to produce amazing results.
