    Pros

    Good money, some great customers, free lunch or dinner, lots of exercise

    Cons

    Racial bias, not flexible with schedule, no reward for hard work, no benefits

    Advice to Management

    Find supervisors who actually pay attention to employees' work ethic, rather than playing with their cell phones in the office all day and only hearing about the bad things..

    Pros

    This is an easy job with a good pay off. Good for students but nothing long term.

    Cons

    The business does not care about you at all. No job security.

    free lunch from the casino,not the seminole exchange company

    Cons

    Management treats their employees like dogs from trying to hard to be supervisors cause they have no communication skills,almost flipped out on them so many times would have if i had another job,made under minimum wage some days,Management sits talks on their cell phones in the office all day and even used their cell phones in the customers cars,i made less money on some days cause of their poor managent,i was overtraining not exercising,my legs felt like they were breaking off,had to ask permission to go to lunch and was too busy for lunch so many times,had to ask to go to the bathroom every time,was fired for the weirdest dumbest reason.

    Advice to Management

    i advise someone to check the cameras to find the management illegally using their cell phones while driving the customers cars.as to the management this is what happens when you treat people like garbage,you get a bad reputation.

    Pros

    Extra money on weekends, but at evenings only, don't think to work on overnights or mornings, it's just a waste of time. The manager at the property is ok, but the management at Corporate Office sucks big time.

    Cons

    If you want to have a little extra money, it would be alrite to work for them, but be carefull, because you could be fired for no reasons, even when they have no clue what happened or have no proof. I've got fired and they didn't have proof of their statements... and whatever they believed that happened, it didn't, they were just guessing. It doesn't matter what you have to say, they let you go. They hire extra personnel and when they see that they are overstaffed, they fire people quick!!! Just don't think that kind of job is going to be secure for ever.
    Oh, I forgot, they don't have NO benefits package for low rank employees, just for supervisors and managers.

    Advice to Management

    If you don't have proof, don't fire people for no reason, sometimes they have families to feed. Check the cameras, and if there is no video coverage, so don't accuse for free.
