    Pros

    over ruled by the cons

    Cons

High school click mentality, seniority over rules logic and proper business decisions. Tendency to get what they want or need from you and then let you go.
Far too much involvement by HR in day to day operations due to seniority based relationships

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and smell the coffee. Either run like a business or let the under performers lead they way. There is so much cash coming in that they really don't care about logical business plans and controls

    Pros

a lot of intelligent and interesting people, Fascinating culture and tribe

    Cons

too cliquey, old network brown noses work against you as they feel that thy should have your job, and also tend to find as many ways as possible to not do work so that they can't be blamed for errors. When errors occur they work the blame onto others

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good long and hard look at the network of individuals that do not meet job requirements, but know how to get what they want by manipulation. Far too many delegating their work off onto others as well as not havingthe job skills to do their jobbeing able to do th

I worked at Seminole Tribe of Florida full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Pays higher salaries than most companies

    Cons

Very political. High Nepotismin and no job secuirity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to listen to staff when they have concerns. Excellent staff are terminated or resign because of working in extremely unhealthly environments. Long term staff have profected how to manipulate the system and earn high salaries, doing little or no work. Staff are basically threatened and unable to voice concerns without negative repercussions. Unfortunate. Amazing that there has not been a high percentage of retaliation from hurt or disgruntle employees.
