    Pros

    The job is steady (somewhat -- see 'cons'), pay and benefits are decent. Depennding on the supervisor you have, work life can be pleasant or miserable.

    Cons

    The business has been changing so much over the past 5 - 10 years that you're always wondering when (not IF) your job or office will be outsourced or eliminated. Employees and tasks are constantly being shuffled to increase the bottom line. It is a business and that may be what needs to be done to stay afloat; however, it seems as though employees are treated merely as a number or a statistic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect your employees with talent and experience. You have lost a lot of both in the last year or so. It has to hurt the overall quality of the business, particularly in customer service.

    Pros

    Decent benefits package compared to other similar companies.

    Cons

    The management at Semperian/Nuvell/Ally bank is laughable at best. Managers have trouble forming businesslike emails and most of them don't even have college degrees.
