    Pros

    It was a great opportunity to assist with a start up company in 2005.

    Cons

    When the mortgage industry began a down turn in 2005 the company relocated to TX.

    Small company, fun atmosphere, can wear multiple hats, can learn mutliple skills. Lot of socials to keep the bond between employees growing.

    Lack of career path. No clear mentoring on how to develop oneself.

    Advice to Management

    Senderra Funding now avelo mortgage management need to develop some claer paths for development for employess and also be fair with bonus packages when the company performs well.

    stress. Employees blamed for nonproduction. Back stabbing everywhere.

    recognize its the industry that is failing, not the employees
