I worked at Seneca Resorts & Casinos full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Fair pay and good benefits (vacation, sick days, meals)

    Cons

Not to impress in the way they handle some employee matters. Being Native American owned and operated, employment of Navtive Americans come first, therefore you can be overlooked for a job if a Native American is appling for it too. Also because of that rule there is an impact on Management.

I worked at Seneca Resorts & Casinos full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Opportunity for advancement are plentiful due to frequent departures.

    Cons

Benefits too expencive and cost more every year. Raises come annually and are 4% maximum. Not a "team" environment. Everyone wants to make others look bad in order to advance. You will eventually feel like just a number.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop taking away from emplyees for your own gain (bonuses). Bring back employee events such as summer picnics. Better reward system for dedicated employees.

I worked at Seneca Resorts & Casinos part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Probably over paid considering there are no qualifications

    Cons

Everything about this organization is a sham. While the positions are over paid they are not over paid enough to deal with the atmosphere. It is corrupt and a true definition of what anyone and everyone should be ashamed of.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop screwing people.
