    Working with Seneca was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Oil and Gas Industry.

    ProsEveryone is nice and welcoming. You can choose if you want an AWS or regular work schedule. Off early on Fridays. You stay busy but it is fun and challenging. It was overall a very comfortable experience!

    needs to be more client oriented

    Prosthey have the resources and a 'standing' in the Canadian educational space
    do deliver more 'vocational' learning

    Constoo rigid and inflexible for the global market
    very slow to respond to market needs and requirements
    cannot understand their recruiting criteria: some faculty has very limited engagement and communication skills

    Advice to Senior Managementplease bring in people who have operational and industry experience to teach - business subjects especially
    re-train and re-orient program coordinators such that they can bring people with more global insights
