    Pros

It is a great company for someone who has not worked there before. One can gain experience in the automotive, medical, or aerospace industries.

    Cons

There is only so much one can learn in one place.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

  2. Small company with ambition and flexibility, but unprofessional and unethical practices in management stifle innovation.

    Pros

In a salaried position, hours are good (depending on communication and milestones). The company is growing so there's room for improved processes.

    Cons

HR is terrible... misspells everything, can't operate MS Office and other technical tools efficiently, fires people on Friday's at the end of a shift with no warning. Mid-lower level employees often don't get word of department or status changes until it's too late to be prepared.

    Advice to Management

Get better HR personnel. Be transparent and communicative with your employees; don't be distant and stilted in your interactions. It really makes them nervous in their job security and unable to judge a situation properly.
