    Coworkers
For the most part everyone is willing to help you if you ask

    Cons

    Pay - PAY SUCKS!
Promotion- good luck trying to get into the 911 division
Health/ dental - there goes your paycheck
Location - parking sucks, mass transit leaves you with a nice walking distance if you're in the Bronx base

I have been working at SeniorCare EMS full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

It's a job, as well as special events.

    Cons

You get horrible equipment unless you've worked there long enough, that and if you have an NE (new employee) next to your name during the first 3 months. As well as if you're friendly with those in logistics. The buses are old and barely ever work. Dispatch never really do their jobs properly so you're always trying to figure out the name of the patient and location, so you have both nurses and clients yelling at you. You also get calls up till 10mins until your out time, mind you these calls take at least an hr to do, and that's only if it's local.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees better, as well as stop being cheap and get better equipment so you don't have some employees getting better equipment than others. Rules set for one should be set for all.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
