    Pros

    Great products, Great people dedicated to offer the best customer purchasing experience, open minded family owned business for entrepreneurial spirits. Loved it

    Cons

    Go to market and marketing strategy on a global scale. Lack of speed from R&D / Engineering to bring new products to the market. non realistic budget to hit considering the previous point mentioned.
