Pros

Sensient provides a complete benefits package. Sensient works with and understands their employees needs in family life and work life. I believe that for the most part, employees of Sensient are comfortable with their positions and enjoy good working relationships with other employees. Opportunities do arise for more responsibilities. Sensient is constantly expanding and seeking new technologies and offers growth within employees positions.

Cons

I feel like the least desirable downside of working at Sensient Dehydrated is how dusty it can be... Sensient works with a variety of consumable products that are milled to different sizes... if smelling like an italian buffet once in a while is undesirable, then this would definitely not be a work environment to consider.

Advice to Senior Management

I have no advice for senior management, as in hindsight, management was quite adept.
