A great company that may be growing a little too fast...

Reimbursement Consultant (Current Employee) Norfolk, VA

ProsGreat benefits and salaries; still offer a PENSION; never have layoffs -- very impressive.

ConsForesight may be too aggressive for current staff; No mentor program or apparent desire to develop leaders; active rumor-mill

Advice to Senior ManagementSlow down. Focus on quality of life at the corporate office. Invest in your staff and SOFTWARE - archaic software may be the largest complaint company-wide. DEVELOP LEADERS. Kill the rumor-mill -- this will destroy a building if not confronted.

ProsCoworkers are great, everyone feels each others pain.

ConsLow pay, terrible benefits. Benefit premiums increase annually and pay increases decrease. For a healthcare organization the lack of concern for health and work life balance is appalling. Sentara only cares about money. No room for growth.
