ProsThe only "Pro" I can think of is when it is time to leave for the day.

ConsGeneral Management and above are two-faced, self absorbed, uncaring, and practice a great deal of double-standard behaviors.

Overworked and underpaid. You are just a number, sephora doesn't care about its employees. Customers treat you like crap

ConsLow pay, a lot expected for such low pay, tacky ugly polyester uniforms. Other companies pay twice as much

ProsGRATIS!!! GRATIS!!! All brand Trainings and hands on.. Opportunity to grow within the company
Pay is good! Friendly environment, great place to network! Opportunity to learn and sharpen your skills..

Cons*schedules changes every week
Work-life balance is not as flexible
They pay bi-weekly :/
No comission only monthly bonus if the store meets goal..
Cannot by any means accept tips from clients.
