    Pros

This is a great environment to come and work in. The people are friendly and its small enough that you really get to know the people you work with. Everyone has a can do attitude and it's a place you can really look foward to going to in the morning. It's also a very flexible place to work.

    Cons

Honestly there are not that many things that you can complain about here. The major downside would be that sometimes people are too friendly and more talking gets done than working.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and look for more ways to get everyone involved as part of the team.

    Pros

Employee Morale, Great work Live Balance, management is very considerate in time off for personal matters. The benefit package is at least or better than competiors. Coworkers are very respectful and have become almost part of the family. The training and continueing education program is great to take advantage. Employee are very keen an getting advance degrees

    Cons

Compensation, company lossing market share. As part of managmen it is at times hard dealing with the union workers. Some of the policy and procedures at times tend to be out of date. Management is slow to embrace the polices of six sigma. If we are to compete in a global enviroment this is key.

    Advice to Management

    Try to diversify.
