I worked at Sequent Energy Management full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The pay was decent and rarely was there someone sweating down your back.

    Cons

Everyone just did what was required, no one went above or beyond, no teamwork, no training. This was by far the worst managed place I have ever worked (over 15 years experience at over 6 different companies).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find some that live up to the title, if you have people under you, act like it. There are plenty of books out there but mandatory training would be a start.

    Negative Outlook
