    Pros

Assistance transitioning servicemembers and their families is quite rewarding

    Cons

The pay and raised received for the type of education required for the position is insulting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more incentives for pay increase, better vacation time, flex schedules; this would help with the high turn-over rate.

    Pros

Very fair place to work. Great Pay compared to much of the other work around town. Upbeat Leadership. Many opportunities for advancement, including the possibility of working from home.

    Pros

at client site, you have really nice people to work with. Online training is also pretty good. I was able to receive a cert from it.

    Cons

only spent 4 hours with the corporate. Been client site since. Very litter interaction with the company and PMs.

I have been working at Serco full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

All politics aside, this team is doing great things for the American public. I have a true sense of being apart of soemthing ground-breaking.

    Cons

Must be extremely flexible. Processes change with lessons learned. Must be able to drop what your used to and go with something completely new. Unpredictable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Patience. Make sure you know exactly what you want before you ask for it. Only having a basic idea causes too much confusion and too much back and forth until we finally figure it out together.
