    Pros

It was a great out of college job. Very flexible work hours, relaxed dress code. Also Harrisonburg is very inexpensive to live.

    Cons

There is minimum room for advancement. Also, lack of an overall feeling of HR among contractors led to a very lacking set of rules for employee conduct. Overtime is required at some times, and time off must be approved (even around Holidays). No closing for snow, must take vacation days.

    Advice to Management

Improve on asserting leadership over employees. Standardize the rules and guidance among all areas of the company. Let employees take time off around Holidays.

    Pros

Job is flexible, great working with soldiers; Benefits are good; Great schedule

    Cons

    No room for advancement; Pay is low; Good workers are not appreciative; issues with problematic employees are not addressed;

    Advice to Management

Award good workers; increase pay will decrease turnover rate; reduce workload for workers; this is ridiculous to perform job such as cleaning bathroom and ect but request workers to have a masters degree

  3. The processes constantly changed without notifying employees or retraining. This presented an due to nature of work.

    Pros

The company offered a professional position with frequent travel and no micromanagement. The flexibility was great.

    Cons

Management did not express their insight and therefore feedback on work was rare. It made work more difficult than necessary. It also left field team without needed information .

    Advice to Management

Treat field staff as equals because there are amazing people on the teams!

    Pros

    I can't think of any.

    Cons

There's so much politicking and favouritism openly displayed.
Managers tend to be almost stereotyped in evaluating issues.

    Advice to Management

Allow a bit of initiative from employees rather than cryptic, inflexible and bureaucratic styles of management.

    Pros

Honestly none. Well maybe the hourly rate of pay. Still not enough.

    Cons

I could only my stand to work there a month. As much as I needed a job like we all do this place with in that month literal broke my spirit. Everything that has been said about the wentzville facility is absolutely true. Minus people playing board games. I didn't see that. The coworkers around me were constantly goofing off and the Supervisor particapting. For a new person this is very distracting. This ACA is an absolute mess being handled by CMS and SERCO. they tell you in training its not about your numbers is the quality of your work. Wrong its all about numbers so they can keep the contract. And the Sulervisors, have no clue about managing people. The Sup, I had, had no integrity at all. Threw me under the bus the first week. The place is like working at a death camp. Typical government waste and mismanagement. I couldn't take it any more. So its back to looking for a job. Don't go to work here.

    Advice to Management

Have some integrity and cancel your contract with CMS and refund the tax payers the money your ripping us off for. Cause your not get the people insurance.

    Pros

Nice hourly Wage and overtime. Numerous locations.

    Cons

I resigned due to incompetent senior leadership. Do as I say not as i Do mentality. Terrible benefits, Management lacks foresight and targets certain employees for termination. Not me personally but I witnessed it. They are definitely anti-union which could be good or bad depending on your view. Cut Throat company that sacrifices air safety for cost. Do more with less. No time off, no vacation due to lack of manning.

    Advice to Management

Walk the Walk, Get educated, fire unproductive leaders
