    This business puts its customers first and follows through on promises to customers. All of the staff are knowledgable, detail-oriented, and friendly.

    Cons

    It can be stressful occasionally when the office is short-staffed, due to how busy the office is.

    Advice to Management

    The management needs to delegate more to middle managers and review cross training for some employees.

    Pros

    A great company to work for where hard work is recognized and rewarded. Everyone is treated fairly and with respect. Management cares about the well being of employees. Employees have every opportunity for training and advancement, depending on their own initiative and willingness. Great benefits package. Having worked at another Office Machine Company, there is a huge difference in the overall superior management as well as the care taken to make sure that customers are happy with the service that they receive.

    Poor supervisor Better benefits Un organized (but probably just at my store)

    Be more selective of supervisors

    Pros

    You do have the opportunity to learn about different kinds of office machines, and get the strengthen your hands-on technical ability. You are expected to learn by doing, and aren't given much opportunity of training.

    Cons

    Sometimes more is expected of you than is humanly possible, and any small mistake is a BIG deal to the owner. Working here is a constant worry if you will have your job the next week - but usually, if your attuned to human emotion enough, you can tell the signs that the owner is dissatisfied with you and looking for a reason to let you go.

    Advice to Management

    To the owner: sort your life out. Don't let your personal life affect your business in a negative way and take out your frustrations on your employees. You need to try and understand logic, and be aware that human beings have emotions, lives outside of work just like you do, and that their sole purpose in life is not to be your employee.
