Pros
Service Net does not play into age or seniority they promote based upon work performance. It is a very fun company to work for and the interior is very pleasing visualy as the architecture is very unique.
Cons
Service Net has a younger demographic workforce, this plays a key role in their ability to be progressive and think outside of the box, however immaturity is an everyday occurrence.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire more emotionally intelligent management or provide workshops and/or seminars in order to cultivate these imperative skills. Compensate entry level associates more appropriate in comparison to industry competition.
Pros
stayed busy, days went by fast
Cons
if you don't fit it, your not it
Advice to Senior Management
be honest, don't say one thing and do another
Pros
Benefits, 1/2 day Fridays, and focus on growth.
Cons
Pay could be better, but who doesn't say that?

Pros
Good benefits, if you are a beginner or an intern probably good exposure to call center and service contract industry. I am having a really hard time thinking of anything else especially for more experienced people. If you are one and end up here make it a short stint that is all. The owners are ex GE people so they have some neat benefits , not the greatest but ok. Also some folks at management level seem to get profit shares which add up to a tidy sum of money. It is unlikely you are going to be hired as one of them though.
Cons
It is a small, closely held business with almost sole emphasis on making the extra buck that is all. Even small businesses exist that have good quality guidelines for work but this ain't one of them, it is a sweatshop pure and simple. We were expected to do all things at all hours and get the job done. Once you do it some superficial compliments fly around and they like your face for a while. That is it, then more of that type of work comes your way and more, and a ridiculous amount of taking ownership expected from management in return for nothing. Beware of offering any suggestions for improvement - they will expect you to 'come up with a proposal' and argue you through it like it was your company you're trying to sell to them. In short really no vision and no ownership whatsoever, just a blame and scapegoating game.
Advice to Senior Management
Develop ownership on your work - it is primarly your business and there is only so much a salaried employee can do for it. Learn to treat people with respect, respect experience and knowledge and the fact that people can only work in proportion to what they make and some more when need arises. Take suggestions with ownership and humility and don't push back blame on people for what they say to improve your business.
