    Pros

I've been with this company for almost three years and I've watched them grow to immense levels. They focus on training and educating their staff who then provide the best and utmost care to the individuals they serve. There are so many divisions that allow you an opportunity for growth and change.

    Cons

Like every human services job, the compensation is not enough for the amount of work and mental stress received but it's an industry problem not an agency problem. They do the absolute best they can with wages and salaries and show appreciation in other ways.

    Advice to Management

More support for staff financially whether the union offers more or the EAP program offers more but if we can't increase wages let's try to lessen the burden in other areas of life: tuition, childcare etc especially for mandatory meetings and trainings.
