    Pros

    Learning how to marshall planes in, using a belt loader, and other equipment like the pushback.

    Cons

    The pay was not so great for a job like this. No free flights benefits. Co-workers at the time we're not friendly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    At the time I was getting paid $8.75 for being a Ramp Agent. I believed ALL of us ramp agents deserve a better pay than that. Considering how dangerous this job can be and how close we are to the engines of the planes. Manager wasn't there most of the time and it just seems like most of the employees there gets away with almost anything. LITERALLY.

    Seriously, absolutely.....nothing! Well maybe the fellowship with my coworkers.

    Training, Managers, Pay, Benefits, Promotions. Serioeusly, Everything!!!

    This is suppose to be a Customer Service oriented business, well this company needs major help in this area. Not to mention how bad they treat their employee"s!

    Pros

    Plenty of work to go around. If you like to keep busy, this is the place for you.

    Cons

    Employees who have been there for years are unhappy with Management and the new employees feed of that and don't see a future. Also they are unhappy with the pay scale and look for a raise, but since it is unionized, they won't see one for at least a year...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management needs to get it's head out of the sand and think realistically. People won't stick around if you keep dodging them and not giving decent raises.

    Upper and Middle management has no people skills. Send then to management training. Don't treat your employees so badly, they are the ones that are running your company. Show some type of respect.

    Getting paid going home getting paid.There's a few people in the mix who are genuine

    Cons

    Terrible equipment it smokes break down terrible leadership skills only cater to spanish speaking people.Huge on picking favorites.No equal justice. They start you out cleaning planes overworked then after.I suggest you know spanish because they will use little english as possible.

    Good part time job to have, good company to gain experience if your looking to move to a real airline some day

    Cons

    Bad equipment, no fulltime available ever, they use people to get as much as they can out of you and then move on to the next guy
