    Pros

    Plenty of work to go around. If you like to keep busy, this is the place for you.

    Cons

    Employees who have been there for years are unhappy with Management and the new employees feed of that and don't see a future. Also they are unhappy with the pay scale and look for a raise, but since it is unionized, they won't see one for at least a year...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Upper management needs to get it's head out of the sand and think realistically. People won't stick around if you keep dodging them and not giving decent raises.

    There is nothing good about this company. Stay away!!! Management is so clueless.

    Upper and Middle management has no people skills. Send then to management training. Don't treat your employees so badly, they are the ones that are running your company. Show some type of respect.

    Pros

    Getting paid going home getting paid.There's a few people in the mix who are genuine

    Cons

    Terrible equipment it smokes break down terrible leadership skills only cater to spanish speaking people.Huge on picking favorites.No equal justice. They start you out cleaning planes overworked then after.I suggest you know spanish because they will use little english as possible.

    Pros

    Good part time job to have, good company to gain experience if your looking to move to a real airline some day

    Cons

    Bad equipment, no fulltime available ever, they use people to get as much as they can out of you and then move on to the next guy

    Pros

    the task of the job are easy and fun

    Cons

    Management sucks especially the people chosen for the management role. Pay is very inadequate for the task to perform. You are not valued as an employee management only pretends to care. There is no integrity. Management condones negative behavior. They didn't give the raise or flight benefits as promised. Schedule is bad with split shifts with getting off sometimes at 3:00 am and then have to be back in the morning. It was so bad sometimes that employees would sleep at work because they knew they would have to be there again in the morning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I don't think it would be so hard to give employees a pay rate they could actually live on and one that would help with the gas that it takes to go back and forth to work for split shifts. Employees need a pay incentive to get off work in the middle of the night and then go back to work in the morning. Servisair is not concerned with valuing its employees at all they only want contracts. Working doesn't have to be so miserable especially for a company that makes millions of dollars.

    Pros

    ok about trading days off and taking days off. easy work. Most of the workers are good to work with. Relaxed atmosphere, management are very nice people, uniforms are provided.

    Cons

    No benefits, pay is low. Flight benefits only for certain jobs. Very little communication from leads, management. They talk with you a lot but seldom tell you what is going on.
