    Pros

Benefits are pretty decent. Sense of community is strong

    Cons

Pay isn't as competitive as it should be. Benefits could be ALOT better especially since it's a hospital network. Too top heavy. Very quick to lay off workers and keep leadership.

    Advice to Management

Operate according to the standards of behavior at all times, not just when you're in front of your higher up or around peers.

    Pros

The employees here really care and are terrific people. Very little micro management.

    Cons

Poor management which is very inconsistent. Not enough doctors for the amount of patients but too many doctors for the space available.

    Advice to Management

Look at your employees and see what daily operations are like. Watch the company's money/spending better.
