    Pros

    The employees here really care and are terrific people. Very little micro management.

    Cons

    Poor management which is very inconsistent. Not enough doctors for the amount of patients but too many doctors for the space available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look at your employees and see what daily operations are like. Watch the company's money/spending better.
