I have been working at Seven Corners full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The owners have a great vision and care about their employees

    Cons

Some managers have been here a long time and are allowed to get away with mishandling employees because they feel entitled because of their tenure with the company

    Advice to Management

Take the time to really talk to the employees to find out how the managers are REALLY handling the employees! Make the right decision and get rid of managers and employees who are not properly functioning in their position... No matter how long they have been with the company...

    Pros

Company has a lot of employee perks. Good for small company.

I have been working at Seven Corners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have a great Christmas Party. They have some good people working there in spite of the environment. They have a good customer focus.

    Cons

Company has very little structure, Managers are territorial and at times petty. Certain departments only seem to hire Women, no one seems to address this diversity problem. The owners only seem to be out for their own profit and let people go at the drop of a hat. Not a place for a career.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your Management problems and clean house. Embrace diversity for everyone.

I worked at Seven Corners full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

When I began my career with Seven Corners it was a fairly small company, which afforded me an opportunity to grow with the company.

    Cons

Rapid growth sometimes means losing track of people and the personal feel you have with a smaller company.

    Advice to Management

I think it might be a good idea to reinforce the need of manager to manager respect.

    Cons

Poor pay, poor management, ADA lawsuit waiting to happen!

    Pros

Very friendly co-workers. Very helpful. It's like a big family. Managers are easy to work with and are kind. Will allow time off for family issues. Everyone is there to help each other and help the company grow.

    Cons

The health insurance is catastrophic - very high deductible. Dental insurance is good. Vacation time is okay.

    Advice to Management

They are doing a great job.
