Pros – excellent learning place to groom personal development with good environment and ideas.

Cons – Some weakness in HR system.

Advice to Senior Management – Kindly courage seniors employee , review their performance and personal files relevant to education or any change if yes. Kindly promote them in new cadre instead to new one fresh. Consult matter and involved more
