Pros – I want to better myself, enrich my knowledge, broaden my horizton. And definitely here in SJTU, all become true. Me either.
Cons – Sometimes here in SJTU I feel lonely because everyone wants to improve itself, so daily life becomes boring. For one searching colorful life is not fit to work here.
Advice to Senior Management – Establishing some common activity systems such as expert forums, acedemic exchanges, musical parts or something like. Only when combining the entertainment with research life shall there be perfect atmosphere.
