I have been working at Shanghai Volkswagen full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

A good general manager (Mr. Zhang Hailiang, not Liu Jian).
When the company has a good sale in the previous year, employers could get their monthly salary doubled.

    Cons

Overtime work is encouraged in many departments.
Many employers get the jobs by relationships but not their abilities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The party leader has a big influence on every aspect of the company. Of course it is a joint venture between SAIC (Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation) and Volkswagen AG Germany.
