    Pros

Flexible with my schedule, good benefits and profit sharing. Provided me with new and unique career opportunities. Great turnaround time for expense reports.

    Cons

Old-school office mentality and a rigid hierarchy made it difficult to gain acceptance and advance my career. Lack of managerial transparency kept everyone wondering what was going on.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your employees and be more transparent in your decision making. Strive for a better balance between expectations and realistic demands.

  3. Very good mid size engineering & environmental firm.
